Fresh Thoughts is a newsletter for Shipt managers and leaders that shares advice and ideas on how to keep teams connected and inspire collaboration due to working in a hybrid work model.

I was given the task to stay on brand with the Shipt logo so I did a deep dive for inspiration. I was drawn to the Shipt icons, especially the hand with the sparkle (see pic below).

The design is complete with the light bulb shining, representing ideas, a hand for collaboration and people, and a leaf standing for freshness.
